Regarding international shipping

Shipping method and options

The shipment of your purchase is handled by the merchant. Please contact the merchant since each merchant vary on the availability of shipping internationally, option on carrier service and shipping method, etc.
*Customs may open the package during custom clearance regardless the shipping method.

The shipment of your purchase is handled by the merchant so kindly contact the merchant for the delivery schedule or confirm the item page.
Please understand in advance that the delivery may delay due to weekend, holiday, custom clearance, late payment, confirmation on delivery fee, etc.
After the merchant has shipped out the order, an email along with the tracking number will be sent.
Kindly confirm the delivery status by using the tracking number.
Please inquire the merchant directly if the there is any issue with the tracking number or delivery status.
