About Contact Shop
[How to Contact a Shop]
We kindly ask that you use simple English (or Japanese whenever possible) when communicating with shop.
You may also try using Google Translation to translate a message into or from Japanese English.
You can contact a shop by the following 4 methods:
1. "Contact Store" located on each product page
Each product page will have a "Contact Store" (「ショップへ相談」) link on the top left side of the page.
2. Shop's information page (E-mail address)
Each shop has their individual information page, where you can learn more about their shop or contact them.
You can find a shop's information page on the top left of the shop or product page, under the shop name.
3. Replying to an order confirmation E-mail
If a shop has previously contacted you, you can contact them back by simply replying to their E-mail.
※ Remember to provide your order number when you are inquiring about an existing order.
4. Contact Shop via “Purchase History” (「購入履歴」)
Go to Purchase History - https://order.my.rakuten.co.jp/
Click on “Contact Shop” (「ショップへ問い合せ」)

[If Shop Hasn’t replied]
If you ever experience communication issues due to language barrier, or a shop has not replied to you in over 3
business days, please contact us with an attachment of the E-mail communication between you and the shop, and
we will be happy to assist you.
※ We cannot assist you if you have not made the attempt to contact the shop directly first.
