We will respond to the following problems to ensure that you can shop at ease at Rakuten Global Market.

● Product has not arrived
● Arrived product does not match product description, or product is broken
● I want to return the product, but cannot communicate with the shop
● Purchased item turns out to be a counterfeit product
● In case of such trouble, please contact us within 90 days of your purchase. We will investigate the case at our company and compensate up to 300,000 yen, if the case meets our conditions.
