What language do I use to communicate with a shop ?

Please remember, our service allows Japanese shops to sell their products abroad directly.
This means that English may not be their forte, but they realize the imporance of connecting with you as their customer.

Therefore we kindly ask that you use simple English (or Japanese whenever possible) when communicating with shop.
If a shop communicated with you in Japanese, please ask them to reply to you in English, and allow 1-3 business days for their reply.

You may also try using Google Translation to translate a message into or from Japanese.

If you ever experience communication issues due to language barrier, or a shop has not replied to you in over 3 business days,
please contact us with an attachment of the E-mail communication between you and the shop, and we will be happy to assist you.

※ We cannot assist you if you have not made the attempt to contact the shop directly first.
