[Rakuten Pay]How to Change Your Payment Method

 
On this Help page, there are 2 patterns depending on a shop you used.
Please refer to Pattern A or Pattern B by checking an Order Confirmation Mail(automated mail) or information on Shop's Information Page.
 
Pattern A
If you received an Order Confirmation Mail(automated mail) as below

Or if there is no statement "Please contact Rakuten Ichiba concerning **(payment method's name)." on a remarks column of each payment method under Shop's Information Page.
 
 
Pattern B
If you received an Order Confirmation Mail(automated mail) as below

Or if there is a statement "Please contact Rakuten Ichiba concerning **(payment method's name)." on a remarks column of each payment method under Shop's Information Page.
 



Pattern B
On Rakuten Ichiba, when your payment wasn't approved, you can change your payment method from Purchase History.
Please note that if you didn't change your payment method in 7 days from the day you received information from Rakuten Ichiba, your order will be automatically cancelled on the 8th day.

Only Rakuten members can change their payment methods from Purchase History.
・If your credit card(including a prepaid card and debit card) wasn't approved, you can change your payment method or credit card information.
・If payment methods using 7-Eleven(advance payment), Lawson, Japan Post Bank ATM(advance payment) etc.
weren't approved due to exceeding maximum amount etc..you can change your payment method.
・For those who completed checkout as guests, please kindly wait until you receive information from a shop.

1.Access Purchase History
2.Click "Display Detailed History" of your order
3.Click "Modify or Cancel Your Order"
4.Click "Modify" under "Details of Payment Methods, Delivery Methods" to modify your payment method.
5.Modify your payment method or credit card information
If you would like to modify your payment method, please select new payment methods.

■How to modify your credit card information
If you are going to use another registered credit card, please select an item which a credit card type and expiration date are displayed, and click "Select" button on the right.
If you are going to input your new credit card information, please select "Use Another Card" and click "Select" button on the right, and input information.

6.Confirm your input content, and click "Confirm Changes of an Order"
7.Confirm changes, and if there is no error in your input content, click "Confirm Changes of an Order as Above"
8.If screen messages are displayed, your order was modified/canceled.
